OK so I was out at S4, like, months ago and Jim said "OMG..Shoes" I didn't know what he was talking about so he told me to do a search on OMG Shoes Kelly on youtube. I put it on my to-do list. Then while on bearwww, I saw this kinda hot chaser with glasses with the name omgshoes. I finally decided to take a look at it... Shoes the Full Version

I asked Jerry this question and never got a clear answer. Now I'm asking you people... How many pairs of shoes do you own?? I'm wondering (guy-wise) how many is too many. Gina, Fred and Germane, just so you know - I expect the answer to be no less than 10.

I did some more looking and found this cool video.

Well, I've been logged in at work & Ready for a call for 15 minutes here. Our lead here has already made his ongoing gag/comment to one of the girls here. "Hey Roslynn... No Calls!!" Guess you can call him our morale booster.

After I get out of here at 6:30 I'll be going home to pack, eat something, gotta do some stuff on Facebook... (Hatchlings, Mafia Wars) Restaurant City seems to wait for me so not urgent I go there. I've given up on YoVille. Sorry peops!! You know I still love you though.

I'm sure I'll be doing all kinds of updates tomorrow and this weekend. Good thing my dad and Levi don't go to strip clubs. I'll have to get an update from [info]coolhipfrank on that one, because... Wow.

In the meantime, I have this to share...

I'm trying to get back into the habit of cleaning on Sundays. There weren't a lot of dishes to do since I've been staying on top of that. I cleaned out a lot of trash, did some rearranging and vacuumed for the first time in quite a while. How long? Well, it took me a minute to find the power switch for the vacuum cleaner. Of course, the place is still far from being immaculate but it's still an improvement.

An argument closer I picked up from my grandmother
(out at lunch)
Me:: *cough, cough, wheeeze*
Jerry:: We gonna have to put you out of your misery?
Me:: Nah. My legs still work.
Jerry:: Huh?
Me:: They only shoot the horse if it breaks one of its legs.
Jerry:: Well, you're not a horse.
Me:: Shut up.

Legal Question
What kind of charges am I looking at if I decide to not burn on sight but instead... Borrow and hide any Christmas decorations put up before Thanksgiving? All items will be returned after Thanksgiving; however, I can not make any guarantees about rightful owners or condition of said items when they are returned. It will be like a Christmas Miracle. The decorations disappeared and then were back... sort of.

Dad's sitting on the porch...
My dad is getting too comfortable with texting now. Sunday, he was texting me with updates on the score in between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles. OK I admit. I was a little curious about the score while watching American Dad at [info]pheonixfulder and Tito's new place. Yesterday he texted me about what he had for lunch at Luby's and Monday he sent a text to let me know he was walking into work. All he needs is his own twitter account now. He'd get followers. He's good like that. Things are slow here at work so I'm sending out txts. I might send one to him to see what's for lunch. It's about that time.

Once a month we get quizzes here on training we've had. Well, the only training we've had is polishing up on our customer service skills. While this can be "graded" on our calls, I guess our trainer here feels she has to adlib on the quizzes a little. A Halloween quiz was put out which was fun and I scored some candy. Jerry received a whole bag - Skittles I think. That's all well and good. When the quiz is over the History of the Dallas Cowboys, I start to feel like I'm getting weeded out here. Call me paranoid.

Some of the questions I actually knew. All of the others, wikipedia and google had to lend a hand.

Yes, some of you may recall a remark I made after spraying dye in my hair a week ago that I could be related to Pink and call myself Purple. I really enjoy Pink as an artist. Somehow, I don't think she'd be too flattered with this imitation of her. I really like this song. I heard it about... a month after the break up with [info]coolhipfrank There was an instant OMG feeling as I asked myself when Pink released this song and why had I not heard about it sooner. So after clubbing at S4 and taking pictures outside of Ilume and Valero, I came home and shot some video of me outside my apartment complex and 4 videos of me lipsyncing along to "Please Don't Leave Me" I pieced things together along with some stock footage of Frank. The result was.. Ok Good enough to put out there just for kicks. At some points it looked like I didn't sync up the video right. Then I realized that the video was synced but lipsyncing with a set of fake teeth in your mouth, just like talking, proves to be a little difficult.

Purple - Please Don't Leave Me )

The video by Pink is worth a view or two also. Honestly I never paid much attention to how to the video begins but I guess I copied her there too.

I try to keep in touch with my family back home. It's interesting answering questions from my dad like "Are you calling from home or from your cell?" What's interesting with my grandmother is she often thinks she's talking to my older brother, Mike. This usually lasts until she starts speaking spanish and I answer back in English or my own poorly pronounced broken version of the language.

Today is grandma's birthday which coincidentally also coincides with El Dia de los Muertos Good thing she doesn't live in Mexico. I gave her a call...
small talk )
I still say she's pretty sharp for being 80 now. I was talking to my dad yesterday...

Dad:: Tomorrow's your grandmother's birthday. I may take her out or something nice. I don't know what to do with her. hehe
Grandma (in background):: Do what? I'm not doing anything. I just stay here and mind my own business.

Ever want to just flat out ask someone if they are "special", on meds, drugs - recreational or other???

It's checkout time here because I need to go home.

OK I definitely need to go home when company name Hostage Project calls in for a trouble ticket status. Hopefully, staffing won't take me up on that overtime offer from 630 pm until 8 pm.

/EDIT Looks like staffing took me seriously about that overtime. The things I do to get the rent paid.

See All the photos here. Can't wait for this Saturday. Will be dressing up again hopefully with a little help from [info]bigmiah

Sharing a snapshot taken in front of the mirror. I'm trying this look out so I know what to do come tomorrow night. I decided to keep the goatee but still using make up for goth possible vampire look. I might use a different graphic tee, lipstick that is not quite as red, and will see about maybe getting some new shoes. Hoping to not spend a lot on this though. I'm definitely keeping the hoodie. Finally getting some use out of this thing now that I have one.

Beware of the Spoilers but if you're like 1/2 the rest of the world that no longer believes in Heroes by all means read on. So this whole season is named Redemption. Even with Ray Park starring in it though, it's just not taking off. Now Hiro's going off to save Charlie. Really, Hiro? Wait a minute. Didn't you try and do this in Season One already but it didn't work. This season better stop sucking or I'm out. Enough of the trippy Hey I see colors deaf girl too. Hey, look at me. Not caring. At least the show is still good for a small laugh or two. Really though, sneaking in a children's choir singing the theme from Greatest American Hero ? What are we, winking at the camera now?? Really?

House You know, I missed a whole season of this. I missed Cameron and Chase getting married in addition to Kumar killing himself. Somehow seems like I really didn't miss much but I would like to go back a little and see where the House - Cuddy romance went. Oh and didn't Cuddy adopt a baby or something??? Interesting how Chase kills Vader only to take a turn to the dark side himself. Yeah, that's a geeky thing to say but you know it fits.

Glee Who wants a slushy??? It was weird seeing Sue and Schuester get along, even for 2 minutes. Date bonding over BATTLESHIP. I'll have to remember that one. Gotta have the electric one with the sound effects though. :-D

Law & Order SVU Did I just see a rerun or is the blonde D.A. that got fired back. At least I think it was her that got fired.. or just chewed out. Whatever. Nice to see Rosie Perez still acting. Whoa did B.D. Wong just whip out his gay card on the show? Snap!! Was a good episode with adult love on child debate-drama, etc. I think South Park said it best "..but dude, you have sex with children. F*** you."

After all that I need comfort food and Modern Family. You know, Football has never been funnier... dancing to Beyonce on Glee does come in as a close second though. Seeing Cameron and Jay in their hiking position at the end nearly floored me.

I'm caught up on all my shows now. Can't believe I missed a whole 3 episodes of Law & Order SVU. So they bring this ball-busting DA in only to write her out by episode 4? Let's just bring back Casey Novak already. Her court dramatics are what reeled me into the show anyhow.

Glee: [info]coolhipfrank warned me it would be a sad episode. It's just too much trifling going on. Modern Family did put me in a much better mood though. Loved the ending credits montage of the different cast members singing "I wanna do you" That song really stays in your head.

and Life is happy again. Of course, it will be really happy come quitting time around here. I've found a different route home that does not have me waiting for the 7:08 train out of Park Ln. Can now just hop on the 6:55 one. Yeah.

Workday so far...  40.22% of the day spent talking to customers...  59.78% trying to pass the time talking to coworkers, still celebrating birthday along other birthday people from this week, watching a short video on customer service.  Inspiring story about a grocery sacker named Johnny.  One guy almost cried into this cake.

I also saw Jerry for the first time this week since he has been in training.  I frantically waved at him until he finally waved back.  He keeps such a low profile here.

I actually caught Glee normally I forget it's on while at home last night. Well, I caught most of it since I was doing dinner at the same time. I was glad to see Will grow a pair and go off on Terri. Manipulative bitch deserved it. I'll most likely be catching the missed bits online in addition to grabbing Modern Family and Law & Order SVU if it's available. DVR is looking sooo tempting.

If I get around to it, I also might see what I missed with Debbie Allen on SYTYCD. Dont you just <3 show acronyms?? Spoiler CUT for Heroes )

Something else noteworthy is OMG James Earl Vader-Jones guest starring on House. Loved it. I may have to watch again but I think he left his notorious bass voice at home for most of this role. I am reminded of when he was on Will & Grace. Memorable lines:: (screeching highly) "Chimi choooooss!!" and grumbling "I don't need this. I've got Darth Vader money."

Things are slow here at work. I have a lot of time in between calls. I've checked !Yahoo Mail and hotmail. I'm all caught up with my Friends Page on LiveJournal. The Editing Room does not have any new scripts. We've all been advised here to stay off of facebook, myspace and other "broadband" sites because they slow down our servers here.

So, I am forced to get more creative with my spare time here. Let's see...

I've been here for 190 minutes. My average call handle time is 7 minutes and 56 seconds. 56 seconds divided by 60 rounds to 0.93. My handle time can be represented by a figure of 7.93 minutes. I have taken a total of 9, count them, NINE calls today. 7.93 minutes multiplied by 9 calls comes to a total 71.37 minutes spent on the phone. 71.37 minutes on the phone divided by 195 minutes at work comes to 0.366. Multiply that by 100 and I find that I have spent 36.6% of my work day on the phone and the other 63.4%... well.. doing other things.

OK Got another call

/EDIT Wow I need to change my links on my journal here. One of them is for the Transformers movie released in 2007.
